TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- You will receive 20 edited photos for 2 hours of shooting.
- I primarily use natural light to keep the photos looking authentic and natural.
- Full payment is required after the shoot, either in cash or via Thai bank transfer.
- Photos will be ready within one week and delivered via a cloud service.
- Drone photography is not provided
Villa Preparation Checklist
- Window & Surface Cleaning: Ensure all glass, mirrors, and polished surfaces are streak-free.
- Staging & Linens: Steam or iron all bed linens and neatly arrange furniture cushions and towels.
- Outdoor & Pool Area: Remove pool cleaners and toys, straighten loungers, and move all vehicles out of sight.
- Styling: Arrange fresh flowers, a fruit basket, or elegant table settings to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Lighting & Electronics: Replace burnt-out bulbs, hide all visible cables, and turn off ceiling fans.
- Kitchen & Bathrooms: Clear countertops of sponges, bins, and toiletries; put all toilet lids down.
